摘　　要：目的分析报道心脏介入诊疗医师职业性白内障病例1例,为越来越多从事介入治疗的临床医师如何做好辐射防护提供参考。方法对石家庄市职业病防治院诊断的1例心脏介入医师的放射工龄和工作特点、累积辐射剂量、眼科检查结果和职业病诊断进行分析。结果该病例从事同室近台心脏介入工作,接触射线22年,左眼为工作眼,左眼晶体混浊后申请职业性白内障诊断,累积辐射剂量1.37 Gy,诊断为职业性白内障。结论介入治疗的临床医师应了解并重视放射防护,应规范落实个人剂量检测和放射工作人员职业健康检查,职业病诊断机构应在《职业病防治法》的框架下,依据职业病诊断标准完成职业病诊断,实现职业病危害因素接触者作为健康守护者的使命。Objective To analyze the occupational cataract of an interventional cardiologist,and to provide a reference for more and more clinicians engaged in interventional therapy to do radiation protection.Methods The data of an interventional cardiologist from Shijiazhuang Hospital for Disease Control and Prevention were analyzed,including his radiological age,working characteristics,cumulative radiation dose,ophthalmic examination results,and the diagnosis of occupational disease.Results The interventional cardiologist has been exposed to radiation for 22 years.He applied for the diagnosis of occupational cataract after the left eye(working eye)lens was turbid.The cumulative radiation dose was 1.37 Gy,so he was diagnosed as occupational cataract.Conclusion The clinicians engaged in interventional therapy should pay attention to radiation protection.Individual dose testing and occupational health examination of radiation workers should be standardized.The diagnostic institutions for occupational disease should complete the diagnosis of occupational disease according to the certain diagnostic standards under the framework of the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease,so as to help the health guardians exposed to the occupational hazard factors accomplish their mission.
