摘 要:目的了解天津市2015-2018年蚊虫密度、季节消长规律、种群构成及不同生境类型的蚊虫密度,为蚊虫防制和蚊媒传染病的控制提供参考及依据。方法于2015-2018年4^11月采用诱蚊灯法对天津市16个区进行成蚊密度监测,对数据进行统计分析。结果共捕获蚊虫188041只,隶属于2亚科3属4种,其中淡色库蚊为优势种,占捕蚊总数的93.74%。成蚊密度高峰期为7~8月,2015年7月成蚊密度最高,达9.03只/(灯·h)。4年中不同生境均以牲畜棚密度最高,平均成蚊密度为25.33只/(灯·h)。结论基本掌握了天津市蚊虫密度、季节消长情况、种群构成及不同生境类型蚊虫密度,为蚊虫及蚊媒病的防制提供了指导意见。Objective To understand mosquito density,seasonal fluctuation rule,species composition and mosquito density of different environments in Tianjin from 2015 to 2018,and to provide a scientific basis and reference for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases.Methods Light trap method was used to monitor adult mosquito density in 16 districts of Tianjin from April to November in 2015-2018,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results Totally 188041 mosquitoes belonging to 4 species of 3 genera,2 subfamilies were captured.Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species,accounting for 93.74%of the total number of mosquitoes.The mosquito density reached peak during the period of July to August.And the highest density of 9.03/(lamp·hour)was in July,2015.In different environments,the density in livestock shed was always the highest from 2015 to 2018,with an average density of 25.33/(lamp·hour).Conclusion The mosquito density,seasonal fluctuation,species composition and mosquito density of different habitat types in Tianjin were preliminary known.And the results provide guidance for the prevention and control of mosquito and mosquito-borne diseases.
