摘　　要：非洲国家应建立和扩大其工业基础、实现经济结构多元化、加快执行已推迟到2021年的《非洲自由贸易协定》,采取更坚决、务实的实际行动,推动基础设施建设。在后疫情时代,复兴贸易和投资我们必须秉持这种远见卓识,否则,非洲大陆将难以生存和竞争2020年1月30日和3月11日,新冠肺炎疫情分别被宣布构成"国际关注的突发公共卫生事件"和"全球大流行病"。The disease-which was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern and a global pandemic on the 30th of January 2020 and 11th of March 2020 respectively-has since spread to over 188 countries across the globe,and as of 9 July 2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)reported that over 11,8 million people had been confirmed COVID-19 positive whilst over 544700 people had died as a result of the disease.
