摘　　要：目的探讨与分析亲情-责任交互式护理管理模式在骨科护理质量中的应用效果。方法搜集2018年1月—2019年1月对该院骨科接诊治疗的132例患者纳入该次研究,依据护理管理模式划分为参照组(常规护理管理)和实验组(亲情-责任交互式护理管理),各组为66例,统计两组患者疼痛、自我效能、舒适度及护理质量及管理满意度各个指标评分情况,并予以评估和总结。结果实验组疼痛评分、自我效能及舒适度评分分别优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理操作技能、工作态度、服务水平、护理记录、总体护理质量以及管理满意度评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲情-责任交互式护理管理模式有利于提高骨科整体护理管理水平,可作为首选管理办法。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of family-responsibility interactive nursing management model in the quality of orthopedic nursing.Methods A total of 132 patients who were treated in the hospital's orthopedic department from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in this study.They were divided into a reference group(routine care management)and an experimental group(family-responsibility interactive based on the nursing management model nursing management),66 cases in each group,statistics of pain,self-efficacy,comfort and quality of care and management satisfaction scores of the two groups of patients were calculated and evaluated.Results The pain score,self-efficacy,and comfort score of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing operation skills,work attitude,service level,nursing records,overall nursing quality,and management satisfaction scores of the study group were all higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-response interactive nursing management model is beneficial to improve the overall nursing management level of orthopedics,and can be used as the preferred management method.
