摘 要:目的研究流动注射法测定水中总氰化物的不确定度。方法选择6份水样本进行检测,观察其中总氰化物的不确定度。结果样品测量数据下均值为19.54μg/L、标准差为0.254μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.012。其中1~6号标准溶液分别为2、2、5、10、20、50,峰高yi、平均峰高y-均出现明显在增高的情况。结论对于水中总氰化物不确定度测定,可使用流动注射法测定,具有自动进样、分析速率快、试剂耗量低等优点。Objective To study the uncertainty of determination of total cyanide in water by flow injection method.Methods Six water samples were selected for testing and the uncertainty of total cyanide was observed.Results The average value of the sample measurement data was 19.54μg/L,the standard deviation was 0.254μg/L,and the relative standard deviation was 0.012.Among them,the standard solutions Nos.1 to 6 are 2,2,5,10,20,50,and the peak height yi and the average peak height y-were obviously increased.Conclusion For the determination of total cyanide in water,flow injection method can be used.It has the advantages of automatic sampling,fast analysis rate,low reagent consumption,etc.
