摘　　要：目的:分析北京市部分乡镇常驻居民的健康状况,了解人群饮食生活结构与常见慢性病的关系。方法:采用北京市怀柔区社区诊断工作居民调查问卷,结合常规体检,记录调查人群基本生活资料及体格检查。结果:调查人群总数为5046例,其中高血压患病率为35.8%(1710/4782),532例(12.3%)确诊糖尿病,638例(15.3%)为高血脂,超重人数为2527例(50%)。515例(30.1%)高血压患者血压控制未达标。278例(52.3%)糖尿病患者血糖控制不良。高血脂患者中37例(5.8%)血脂控制不良。结论:高血压、高血糖和高血脂患病率在基层社区具有发病率高、控制效果不良的特点,结合医疗信息平台进行基层社区人群健康管理是今后卫生健康部门需要进一步加强的区域。Objective:To analyze the health status of grass-roots community residents in Beijing,and to understand the relationship between dietary life structure and common chronic diseases.Methods:The basic living materials and physical examination of the investigated population were recorded by means of questionnaire and routine physical examination.Blood samples were drawn to detect levels of blood glucose,serum lipid.Results:There were 5046 residents which were recruited in this observation.There were 1710 cases of hypertension(35.8%),532 cases with diabetes mellitus(12.3%),638 cases with hyperlipidemia(15.3%),2527 overweight residents(50%).Undesirable control effects exist in 515(30.1%)hypertensive patients,278(52.3%)cases with diabetes and 37 cases with hyperlipidemia.Conclusions:The prevalence of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia has the characteristics of high morbidity control and poor effect in the community.Community health management through novel medical information platform is the area where the health department needs to be further strengthened in the future.
