摘  要:复合轨枕设计应用灵活,适应性强,可适用于不同速度、轴重、轨距的线路;维修工作量小和寿命周期成本低;可循环利用,绿色环保。但由于复合轨枕自身密度及材质原因,其道床横向阻力较低,一定程度上限制了复合轨枕的应用。针对复合轨枕提出多种结构优化及细部优化方案,通过道床横向阻力试验,对比研究不同道床断面形式下各型复合轨枕与Ⅲ型混凝土轨枕道床横向阻力。结果表明,原型复合轨枕道床横向阻力为Ⅲ型混凝土轨枕的78%~84%,其随道床断面影响规律与Ⅲ型轨枕一致。A1型结构优化、A2型结构优化、B1型细部优化、B2型细部优化可使横向阻力分别提高至Ⅲ型混凝土轨枕的88%~91%、91%~96%、87%~90%、94%~97%。综合考虑生产、维修、成本等因素,本文推荐采用B2型细部优化。Composite sleepers are of flexible design and application, strong adaptability, and can be applied to different speeds, axle loads and gauges of railway lines. Composite sleeper with low maintenance and small life cycle cost is recyclable and environment protective. However, due to material and structure, its lateral resistance of the ballast bed is relatively smaller, which limits its application. In this paper, composite sleeper are optimized in structure and detail to increase its lateral resistance. Based on series of lateral resistance tests, composite sleeper and concrete sleeper are investigated in different ballast bed profiles. The results show that the lateral resistance of the prototype composite sleeper is 78%~84% that of the concrete sleeper, and its influence law is consistent with that of the concrete sleeper subject to ballast bed profile. The lateral resistance can be increased to 88%~91%, 91%~96%, 87%~90% and 94%~97% of the concrete sleeper by the optimization of Type-A1, Type-A2, Type-B1 andType-B2 respectively. The Type-B2 is recommended based on composite sleeper production, maintenance, cost and etc.
