摘　　要：目的探讨临床合理用药指导对2型糖尿病患者的应用效果及用药依从性的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2019年4月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者78例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各39例。对照组给予常规用药指导,研究组给予临床合理用药指导,比较两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、患者依从性、用药指导满意度、药物作用了解度、用药计量了解度。结果研究组血糖水平以及糖化血红蛋白水平优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组用药指导满意度、药物作用了解度、用药剂量了解度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用临床合理用药指导,极大地提高了患者的用药依从性,促进血糖水平改善,临床可推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of clinical rational drug use guidance on patients with type 2 diabetes and the effect on drug compliance. Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to April 2019 were selected and they were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine medication guidance, and the research group was given clinically reasonable medication guidance. The blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin levels, patient’ s compliance, medication guidance satisfaction, drug effect understanding, and medication measurement understanding were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the research group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compliance of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of medication guidance, understanding degree of drug effect and drug dose in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical guidance of rational drug use in patients with type 2 diabetes has greatly improved patients’ medication compliance, promoting the improvement of blood glucose level, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
