摘　　要：目的分析酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液在甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术患者术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年12月本院收治的60例接受甲状腺全切除术治疗的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,通过数字随机方法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。手术结束前30 min,研究组静脉注射酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液30 mg,对照组静脉注射等量0.9%氯化钠溶液。对比两组患者术后1、4、8 h VAS评分及术后1 h血浆皮质醇(Cor)水平。结果研究组术后1、4、8 h VAS评分以及术后1 h血浆Cor水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术患者的术后镇痛中,应用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液镇痛效果显著,能明显降低术后患者VAS评分及血浆Cor水平,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of ketorolac tromethamine injection in postoperative analgesia of patients with thyroid benign tumor resection. Methods 60 patients with benign thyroid tumors who underwent total thyroidectomy in our hospital from October 2018 to December2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 30 cases in each group. 30 min before the end of the operation, the research group received intravenous injection of ketorolac tromethamine 30 mg, the same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution was injected intravenously in the control group. The VAS scores at 1, 4 and 8 h after operation and plasma cortisol(Cor) level at 1 h after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores levels of the research group at 1, 4 and 8 h after operation and the Cor level at 1 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the postoperative analgesia of patients undergoing thyroidectomy for benign thyroid tumor resection, ketorolac tromethamine injection can achieve ideal analgesic effect, and significantly reduce the VAS score and plasma Cor level of patients after surgery, and has clinical popularization value.
