摘　　要：目的分析活血祛瘀汤对卵巢囊肿患者性激素黄体生成素、卵泡生成素、雌二醇以及酮水平的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年2月本院收治的60例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,按照入院编号单双数法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组采用活血祛瘀汤治疗,对照组采用西药三苯氧胺常规治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者性激素分泌水平明显高于对照组,症状评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血祛瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿患者可以有效调控性激素黄体生成素、卵泡生成素、雌二醇以及酮的的分泌水平,缓解患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical application of Huoxue Quyu Decoction in the treatment of sex hormones luteinizing hormone, follicle-forming hormone, estradiol and ketone in patients with ovarian cysts. Methods 60 patients with ovarian cysts admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the study subject, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission number single and even numbers, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Huoxue Quyu Decoction, and the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine tamoxifen, the treatment effect were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 63.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of sex hormone secretion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the symptom score was obvious compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Quyu Decoction can effectively regulate the secretion levels of sex hormones luteinizing hormone, follicle-forming hormone, estradiol and ketone in patients with ovarian cysts, and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
