负压吸引经尿道输尿管镜碎石术的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究含独立通道的新型负压吸引输尿管一体硬镜碎石术在尿路结石疾病中的效果以及临床价值。方法选取2019年5月至2019年11月本院泌尿外科接受输尿管结石手术的患者90例,随机划分为A组、B组以及C组,每组30例。A组采用传统经尿道输尿管镜碎石术,B组采用带鞘吸引经尿道输尿管镜碎石术,C组采用新型负压吸引输尿管一体硬镜碎石术。手术前比较3组患者临床资料,手术前后观察比较3组患者手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果 3组患者年龄比较差异无统计学意义;C组手术时间、住院时间短于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C组患者并发症发生率分别为36.7%(11/30)、26.7%(8/30)、6.6%(2/30),C组患者并发症发生率明显低于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论新型负压吸引输尿管一体硬镜相较于其他两种具有一定优势,明显缩短患者住院时间、手术时间以及减少住院开销,提高患者的生活质量,提高泌尿外科上尿路结石患者微创手术水准以及医院运行经济效益,具有较好的临床价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of a new type of negative pressure suction ureteral integrated lithotripsy with independent channels in urinary calculi. Methods From May 2019 to November 2019, 90 patients who underwent ureteral calculi in the urology department of our hospital were randomly divided into group A, group B, and group C, with 30 cases in each group. Group A used traditional transurethral ureteroscopy Lithotripsy, group B used a sheath-assisted transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy, and group C used a new type of negative pressure suction ureteral integrated lithotripsy lithotripsy. Compare the clinical data of the 3 groups of patients before operation, observe and compare the operation time, hospital stay and complications of the 3 groups before and after the operation. Results There was no significant difference in age between the three groups. The operation time and hospital stay in group C were shorter than those in groups A and B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rates of patients in group A, B, and C were 36.7%(11/30), 26.7%(8/30), and 6.6%(2/30), respectively. Compared with A and B groups, the total complication rate was significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The new negative pressure suction ureter integrated rigid mirror has certain advantages compared with the other two types, which significantly reduces the patient’ s hospitalization time, surgery time and hospitalization cost, improves the patient’ s quality of life, and improves the level of minimally invasive surgery for patients with upper urinary calculi in urology and hospital. The economic benefits of operation have good clinical value and are worthy of promotion.
