大学生不同游泳能力对俯卧滑行距离的影响研究

摘　　要：在游泳教学中,如何用量化的指标来科学地评判游泳者的游泳能力一直是游泳学界研究的热点:本文通过检测大学生游泳能力掌握程度的不同对人体水中俯卧滑行能力的影响,讨论不同水平游泳者俯卧滑行的差异,反映游泳熟练程度对被动阻力的影响,来检验俯卧滑行能否评判游泳能力的高低。选取华南师范大学体育专业38名身体健康的大学生按游泳能力的不同分为三组(平均年龄19岁,身高1.72cm,体重64.23kg),作为实验对象分别测量俯卧滑行的距离要求实验对象采用双手置于头前燈边滑行的方式进行测试,以手到池边的距离为测量距离采用单因素方差分析检验俯卧滑行距离是否存在组间差异.:结果表明,大学生不同游泳能力会影响俯卧滑行距离,不同水平游泳者其俯卧滑行的距离在统计学中有显著性差异,俯卧滑行反映了被动阻力的变化,可以评判游泳能力的高低.How to scientifically evaluate the swimming ability of swimmers with quantitative indexes of the swimming course has always been a hot topic in the field of swimming.In order to test prone gliding tests whether can be used as a strong factor to evaluate swimming abilty of college student,this article is detecting the influence of different degrees of swimming ability on the prone glding ailly of numan body In water,dlscussing the difference of the prone gliding ability of people with different swimming bilties,and retlecting the intuence of swimming proficiency on passive drag.According to their swimming abilties,38 healthy sports majors from South China Normal University were divided into three groups(average age:19 years old,height:1.72 cm,weight:64.23 kg)to measure the distance of prone gliding.Univariate analysis of variance was used to test whether there was any difference between the groups.The results showed that different swimming ability of college students influenced the distance of the prone gliding.There were significant dfferences in the distance of prone gliding between swimmers of dfferent levels in statistics,indicating that the prone glidig ability could be used as a strong factor to eval ate swimming ability.
