摘 要:保证高校思政课教学质量和教学效果,需要教师和学生双方的积极配合和充分互动。党和国家的文件已经多次强调了教师的重要性,相关理论研究项目和文章也较多,而以学生为主体的研究则显得不够充分。本文针对这一现状,首先梳理了高校思政课众多要素,指出了学生这一主体的弱势地位,然后针对这一问题,进行了由浅入深的分析,归纳出自上而下,由统领到具体的有针对性的解决方案,为高校思政课学生骨干队伍的培养工作提出了切实可行的建议。Cooperation and interaction between teachers and students is a key factor to guarantee the teaching quality and effect of university ideological and political education.However,student-centered studies are not made sufficiently compared with those made of teachers'roles that are emphasized by the Party and the government.In the paper presented below,an analysis was made of the disadvantages of students on the basis of a summary over the elements influencing the course to design a top-down and general-specific solution as a practical program for the cultivation of student elites for the course.
