摘 要:本课题以苯乙烯为单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂,采用自由基本体聚合方法,制备出交联聚苯乙烯材料。研究了不同交联剂用量、热压工艺及紫外光辅助聚合作用对交联聚苯乙烯材料动态力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着交联程度增加,在玻璃态区域,储能模量(E′)增加,而损耗模量(E″)变化较小;在玻璃-橡胶态转变区域,的峰值随DVB量增加而减小,在橡胶弹性平台区域的E′和E″值变化较小。热压处理后的聚苯乙烯交联材料在玻璃-橡胶态转变区域的动态力学性能有小幅度的改变,E′和E″值都往高温方向移动";紫外光辅助聚合的交联聚苯乙烯其E′和E″均朝低温方向“移动”。Using styrene as monomer and divinylbenzene as crosslinking agent,the crosslinked polystyrene material was prepared by free radical bulk polymerization.The effects of different content of crosslinking agent,hot pressing process and UV-assisting polymerization on dynamic mechanical properties of crosslinking polystyrene were studied.The results showed that the energy storage modulus (E′) increased while the loss modulus(E″)changed little with the increasing of the degree of cross-linking.In the glass-rubber transition region,the peak value of decreased with the increasing of DVB content,but the values of E′and E″ in the rubber elastic platform region changed little.The dynamic mechanical properties of polystyrene crosslinking materials changed slightly in the transition region of glass-rubber stateafter hot pressing,and the values of E′and E″ both moved to"high temperature".But to the UV-assisting polymerized crosslinked polystyrene,the values of E′ and E″were both moved towards to"low temperature".
