摘　　要：绝大部分工业副产石膏均含有一定比例的游离水,工业副产石膏生产建筑石膏的工艺过程中,预干燥过程能耗占比大,选择合适的预干燥设备对装置可靠运行以及产品成本至关重要。本文对比分析气流干燥设备、立式盘式干燥机、空心桨叶干燥机、管束干燥机的相关技术参数,管束干燥机投资费用高,但从干燥效率及长期的运营费用来说,管束干燥机占优势,同时对设备设计及操作过程存在的问题提出合理建议。Most of industrial by-product gypsum contains a certain proportion of free water.Pre-drying process consumes a large proportion of energy in the process of industrial by-product gypsum producing building gypsum.Selection appropriate pre-drying equipment is vital to operate the devices reliably and products cost.This article compares and analyzes the relevant technical parameters of airflow drying equipment,vertical disc dryers,hollow blade dryers,and tube bundle dryers.The investment cost of tube bundle dryers is high,but tube bundle dryers take advantage in terms of drying efficiency and long-term operating costs.Some reasonable suggestions are also provided for equipment design and operation problems.
