摘  要:目的以红叶石楠(Photinia×fraseri Dress)和金叶女贞(Ligustrum×vicaryi Rehder)为研究对象,探究景观植物不同叶位叶片的叶绿素荧光特征差异。方法利用Mini-imaging-PAM叶绿素荧光仪测定、分析植物的叶绿素荧光快速动力学曲线(OJIP)及叶绿素荧光参数。结果(1)荧光参数中初始荧光(F_o)、J相荧光强度(F_j)、I水平荧光强度(F_i)、最大荧光(F_m)由高到低依次为:金叶女贞低位>金叶女贞中位>红叶石楠低位>红叶石楠中位>金叶女贞高位>红叶石楠高位;(2)PSⅡ潜在活性(F_v/F_o)和PSⅡ电子传递能力(F_m/F_o)值以红叶石楠低位和金叶女贞中位较高,说明叶片的量子效率和潜在活性较强;(3)PSⅡ原始光能转化效率(F_v/F_m)和以吸收光能为基础的性能指数(PIabs)值以红叶石楠低位和金叶女贞中位为最大,说明该叶位叶片光合效益较强;(4)叶绿素OJIP曲线到达最大荧光值(F_m)后,2种景观植物均呈现低位>中位>高位的趋势;(5)OJIP曲线初始斜率(M_o)、用于QA^-被还原所消耗的能量(S_m)值以红叶石楠低位和金叶女贞低位为最大,说明低位的QA^-被还原的速率较高,但同时用于QA^-被还原的热耗散也较高;叶片PSⅡ反应中心吸收光能(ABS/RC)、捕获(TRO/RC)、电子传递(ETO/RC)及热耗散能量(DIO/RC),红叶石楠随叶位的升高呈升高趋势,金叶女贞随叶位的升高呈先降低后升高的趋势,且2种植物不同叶位间均存在显著差异。结论红叶石楠和金叶女贞均表现出低位叶片的长势最好,且同时受夜景灯光照明的影响最小;金叶女贞比红叶石楠适合于在夜景灯光照明的环境下种植,红叶石楠更适合种植于夜景灯光较弱的地方。Purposes—To explore the differences in chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves at different positions of landscape plants by taking Photinia×fraseri Dress and Ligustrum×vicaryi Rehder as research objects.Methods—The rapid chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics curve(OJIP)and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured with Min-Imaging-PAM chlorophyll fluorescence meter and then analyzed.Result—(1)The initial fluorescence(F_o),fluorescence intensity(F_j)of phase J,fluorescence intensity(F_i)of I level and maximum fluorescence(F_m)of fluorescence parameters are as follows from high to low:Ligustrum vicaryi in low position>Ligustrum vicaryi in mid-position>Photinia fraseri in low position>Photinia fraseri in mid-position>Ligustrum vicaryi in high position>Photinia fraseri in high position;(2)Photinia fraseri in low position and Ligustrum vicaryi in mid-position have higher values of potential activity(F_v/F_o)and higher electron transfer capability(F_m/F_o)of PSⅡ,its shows that quantum efficiency and potential activity of leaves at these positions are stronger;(3)Photinia fraseri in low position and Ligustrum vicaryi in mid-position have higher values of the conversion efficiency(F_v/F_m)of raw light energy and higher performance index(PIabs)based on absorption of light energy of PSⅡ,its shows that the leaves at these positions have stronger photosynthetic efficiency;(4)The OJIP curve of chlorophyll fluorescence represents the curve changes of the four stages of O,J,I,and P.After reaching the maximum fluorescence value F_m,both landscape plants show a trend of low position>mid-position>high position;(5)Photinia fraseri in low position,the Ligustrum vicaryi in mid-position have higher initial slope of OJIP curve(M_o)and higher values of the energy consumed by QA^-reduction(S_m).The QA^-reduction rate in lower position is higher,meanwhile,heat dissipation used for QA^-reduction,is higher as well.As for the absorbed light energy(ABS/RC),capture(TRO/RC),electron transfer(ETO/RC),and dissipate
