摘 要:延展指言语表达的可变性,在医患沟通中较为常见。本文以网络医疗咨询中的互动序列为例,分析与探讨医生建议类回复言语行为延展策略及其语用效果。研究表明,高评类医生擅长使用多行为延展策略,而低评类医生的延展策略意识较低,回复行为单一。言语行为延展是身份构建的重要语用资源;延展通过模糊语和言语行为语步策略操控得以实现;延展的语步策略调节性越强,延展背后所构建的身份可接受性越强。Elasticity refers to the stretchability of language in use, which appears frequently in doctor-patient interactions. By analyzing interactional sequences extracted from online medical counseling(OMC), this article explored the elastic strategies and the effects of a doctor’s speech acts in response to advice-seeking. Findings show that highly-rated experts in OMC employed more multiple stretching speech acts, while lowly-rated experts had weak pragmatic consciousness in the use of multiple stretching acts, with a preference for the singular ones. The study suggests that the elasticity of speech acts is an important pragmatic resource of identity construction. Elasticity is performed through the agent of vague language and sequential control of the speech act movements. The more elasticity one pursues in interaction, the more acceptableness is approachable.
