门诊药房不合理用药处方分析及改进措施

摘　　要：目的分析本院门诊开具的不合理处方并提出改进措施。方法收集本院2019年1月至2019年12月的门诊处方量共1057763份,归纳和分析这些处方中西药不合理用药的情况。结果审核出不合理处方共29094份。其中,不规范处方的构成比为60.52%,用药不适宜处方的构成比为3.71%,其他35.76%。结论本院门诊处方开立仍存在不够规范现象,应加强对处方书写及合理用药的管理。Objective To analyze the unreasonable prescription issued by the outpatient department of our hospital and put forward the improvement measures.Methods A total of 1057763 outpatient prescriptions were collected from our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 to summarize.The unreasonable use of Chinese and western medicines in these prescriptions were analyzed.Results A total of 29094 unreasonable prescriptions were examined.Among prescriptions,the proportion of irregular prescriptions was 60.52%,the proportion of inappropriate prescriptions was 3.71%,and the other 35.76%.Conclusion There is still a lack of standardization in the prescription opening in the outpatient department of our hospital,so we should strengthen the management of prescription writing and rational drug use.
