摘 要:通过先拓印后扫描成像,获得浸胶帘子布(或白坯帘子布)全幅宽的经密图像,再通过普通软件辅助测量,可得帘子布全幅宽经密。根据浸胶帘子布的理想幅宽和经密,通过经验公式,计算出白坯布在纬向方向的经密分布,并据此设计钢筘,可显著提高浸胶帘子布全幅宽经密均匀性。A full width warp density image of dipped tire cord fabric(or grey tire cord fabric) is obtained by rubbing and scanning, and then the full width warp density can be obtained by assisted measurement of general software. According to the ideal width and warp density of the dipped cord fabric, through the empirical formula, the warp density distribution of the grey tire cord fabric in the weft direction is calculated and the steel reed is designed accordingly, the full width warp density uniformity of the dipped tire cord fabric can be improved significantly.
