摘　　要：中医体质辨识作为中医健康状态辨识体系中的一项重要内容已被广泛应用在慢病管理中。文章通过对慢病管理现状和中医体质辨识应用的分析,探讨了慢病管理中中医体质辨识干预技术的特点与优势,干预策略的效果与评价,以期发现不同体质与疾病演进之间的密切关系和内在联系,体现"预防在先,防重于治"的慢病管理理念,融入"健康状态,准确辨识,科学干预,三级预防"的中医健康状态调养方法,为慢病管理进行预测并实施积极干预,为慢病科学合理、差异化管理提供理论依据。TCM constitution identification,as a part of TCM health status identification system,has been widely applied to the chronic disease management.Through analyzing the current situation of chronic disease management in public health and the application of constitution identification in TCM,the paper explores the features and advantages of the intervention technique of TCM constitution identification in chronic disease management and the effect and evaluation of intervention strategy.It is hoped that we can find the close relationship and intrinsic connection between different constitutions and the development of diseases to embody the chronic disease management concept of"Prevention should be put in the first place and it’s more important than treatment"and to fit in with TCM health recuperation way of"Health benefits from precise identification,scientific intervention and tertiary prevention",so as to provide a theoretic basis for predicting chronic diseases and carrying out positive intervention and realizing reasonable and differentiated management.
