摘　　要：目的了解医学生到农村基层医疗机构就业意愿及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取江苏省某医科大学在校本科生开展问卷调查。结果仅20%医学生愿意到农村基层就业,大一年级学生更愿到农村基层就业;医学生月消费水平、父亲文化程度和家庭经济情况对到农村基层医疗机构就业有重要的影响。结论通过对农村基层就业学生提供奖助金、采取倾斜政策等方法,改善基层环境和提升工资待遇,在农村基层地区设立医学院校和培训基地,以推进江苏省基层卫生人才队伍建设,吸引更多优秀医学生到农村基层就业,最终实现分级诊疗目标。Objective To know about the willingness of medical students to obtain employment in rural primary healthcare institutions and its influencing factors.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to select the undergraduates of a medical university in Jiangsu Province for a questionnaire survey.Results Only 20%of the respondents were willing to work at the rural grassroots level,and freshmen were more willing to work at the rural grassroots level.Monthly consumption,father’s education level and household financial situation of medical students had an important impact on the willingness to be employed in rural primary healthcare institutions.Conclusions It is suggested to provide scholarships and grants as well as preferential policies to rural grassroots employed students to improve the working environment and to raise their income.Meanwhile,medical colleges and training bases need to set up in rural grassroots areas to promote the construction of grass-roots health personnel in Jiangsu Province and to attract more outstanding medical students for rural grassroots employment,and finally to achieve the goal of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
