摘　　要：目的分析四川秦巴山区村卫生室的现状,提出建设意见。方法设计问卷调查表,开展问卷调查和个人访谈,采用SPSS 21.0统计软件分析。结果调查125个行政村,每个行政村拥有0.91个村卫生室;平均服务面积为11.51 km^2;集体性质和标准化村卫生室占50%;平均每个村卫生室拥有村医数为1.56;每千农业人口村医数为0.76;村医平均年收入为2.56万元;60岁以上村医占21.91%;中专及以下学历占94.94%。结论四川秦巴山区地广人稀,村卫生室偏少,村医较少,老龄化严重,学历不高。Objective To analyze the status quo of village clinics in Qinba Mountain Area of Sichuan Province and to put forward some suggestions.Method We designed a questionnaire,carried out the questionnaire survey and individual interview,and analyzed the data with SPSS Statistics 21.0.Results The survey of 125 administrative villages showed that each administrative village had 0.91 village clinic with an average service area of 11.51 km^2.The collective and standardized village clinics accounted for 50%.The number of village doctors per village clinic was 1.56 on average.The number of village doctors per thousand agricultural population was 0.76.The average annual income of village doctors was 25,600 yuan.Village doctors over the age of 60 accounted for 21.91%and those with a degree of technical secondary school and below accounted for 94.94%.Conclusions Qinba Mountains area was characterized by vast territory with sparse population,small number of village clinics,fewer village doctors,which tend to be aged and have poor education.
