摘　　要：论文研究中国专利产出的影响因素。首先,论文对相关因素对专利产出的影响进行了理论分析。随后,论文构建对数模型和线性模型对影响专利产出的因素进行定量研究。研究发现,财政科技支出、科研院所研发人力资本投入、高校研发人力资本投入、企业研发经费投入、企业研发人力资本投入和知识产权保护对专利产出影响显著程度差距较大,并且在不同的计量模型中,科研院所研发经费投入和高校研发经费投入对专利产出影响一般不显著或显著程度很低。最后,根据实证回归结果,论文分别从制定财政科技计划、激励政策、激励制度以及激励措施等方面提出了鼓励地方政府、企业、科研院所和高校扩大研发支出,促进中国专利产出的政策建议。This paper studies the influencing factors of patent output in China.Firstly,the paper makes a theoretical analysis of the impact of relevant factors on patent output.Subsequently,the paper constructs a logarithmic model and a linear model to quantitatively study the affecting factors of patent output.The research finds that financial expenditure on science and technology,research and development human capital investment in scientific research institutes,research and development human capital investment in universities,research and development funds investment in enterprises,research and development human capital investment in enterprises and protection of intellectual property rights have significant differences on patent output.In different measurement models,research and development funds investment in scientific research institutes is different.The impact of R&D funding input on patent output is generally not significant or very low.Finally,according to the empirical regression results,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to encourage local governments,enterprises,scientific research institutes and universities to expand R&D expenditure and promote Chinese patent output from the aspects of making financial science and technology plans,incentive policies,incentive systems and incentive measures.
