摘  要:采用非自耗真空电弧炉制备了四元Co-20Re-25Cr-1Si超高温合金,该合金形成了硬质Cr2Re3型σ相,具有理想的高温强度。研究了Co-20Re-25Cr-1Si合金在1000~1300℃,3.04×10^-5Pa氧气中氧化24 h的恒温氧化行为。1000℃时氧化前8 min,合金表面没有形成保护性氧化膜,合金中Re元素就以ReO3形式向外蒸发,因此合金呈现出轻微的失重。之后随着保护性氧化膜的逐渐形成,合金呈现出连续增重的状态。随着温度增加,合金单位面积增重值越来越大,但1100~1300℃温度下合金氧化初期并未出现失重现象。1000~1200℃时,合金最外层形成了比较完整的以Cr2O3为主的保护膜,但1300℃时氧化膜由CoO组成,不具有保护作用。在所有温度下都出现了Si的内氧化区,微量Si的加入提高了合金的抗高温氧化性能。The quaternary Co-20 Re-25Cr-1Si superalloy with ideal high temperature strength was prepared by non-consumable vacuum arc furnace as a result of formation of a hard Cr2Re3σphase.The oxidation behavior of Co-20Re-25Cr-1Si alloy in 3.04×10^-5 Pa oxygen at 1000~1300℃constant temperature for 24 h was investigated.At 1000℃the alloy exhibited a slight weight loss during the first 8 min due to the evaporation of Re element in the form of ReO3.With the formation of a protective oxide film,the alloy presented a state of continuous weight gain.With the increase of temperature,the weight gain of the alloy per unit area improved obviously.However,at 1000~1300℃there was no weight loss at the initial stage of oxidation.At 1000~1200℃,a relatively complete Cr2O3 protective film was formed on the outermost layer of the alloy.On the contrary,at 1300℃the oxide film was composed of CoO layer which was non-protective.In the whole experimental temperature range,the inner oxidation zone of Si appeared under the outer oxide film.The addition of Si increased the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy.The alloy could meet the high temperature service requirements below 1200℃.
