摘  要:硫代硫酸盐浸金体系是一种绿色的浸金体系,可以利用氨水、乙二胺或乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)作为铜离子配体形成稳定的配合物,该配合物与硫代硫酸盐一起形成了浸金体系。本研究采用采用EDTA代替氨水构建一种新的硫代硫酸盐-EDTA-铜离子体系。首先,通过Tafel曲线分析,结果表明该体系金的腐蚀电位较低,腐蚀电流较大,具有潜在的应用价值。然后,通过对老挝某金矿原料进行了分析,结果表明该矿物组成较为简单,以石英和白云母为主,矿样除金、银外不含其他成分,属银金矿,含金量较高,其金品位高达3.10 g·t^-1,具有一定的经济价值。接着利用硫代硫酸盐-EDTA-铜离子浸金体系对该金矿矿样进行常温常压浸出,并考查了各种因素对金的浸出影响。结果表明:在S2O32-浓度为0.3 mol·L^-1,Cu^2+浓度控制在0.03 mol·L^-1,EDTA的浓度控制在0.05 mol·L^-1,液固比为4∶1,pH为10.0,搅拌速度为300 r·min^-1条件下金的浸出率达到83.76%。该体系实现了对金矿实际浸出,浸出率较高,但浸出时间较长,如何缩短浸出时间有待于进一步研究。The leaching of gold with the thiosulfate is a kind of green process.The thiosulfate-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)-copper ion leaching system was constructed using EDTA instead of ammonia.Firstly,it was shown that the corrosion potential of gold in this system was low and corrosion current was larg by the analysis of Tafel curve,which had potential application.Then,the properties of gold ore sample were analyzed.The results showed that the mineral composition was relatively simple,mainly quartz and dolomite.The ore sample did not contain other components except gold and silver.It was a silver gold mine with a high gold content and its gold grade was as high as 3.10 g·t^-1,Finally,under normal temperature and pressure,leaching gold from a gold ore in Laos was studied using this system,and the influence of various factors on gold leaching was examined.The results showed that the leaching rate of gold reached 83.76%under the conditions of 0.3 mol·L^-1 of S2O32-,0.03 mol·L^-1 of Cu^2+,0.05 mol·L^-1 of EDTA,4∶1 of liquid-solid ratio,10.0 of pH and 300 r·min^-1 of agitation speed which was satisfactory.The actual leaching rate of gold mine was performed with thiosulfate-EDTA-copper ion leaching system,but the leaching time was longer.How to shorten the leaching time should be further studied.
