民国时期图书馆馆长群体的任职分析

摘　　要：对民国时期图书馆馆长群体初次任职年龄、任职期限、任职途径与类型、任本职之前的职业,以及离职原因进行统计分析,发现:大学图书馆馆长群体较之公立图书馆馆长群体任职更年轻;图书馆馆长群体受多种因素制导呈高频次流动;具有图书馆专业、教育、行政管理相关职业经历有助于担任乃至胜任馆长职务。Counting and analyzing the age of being a library director for the first time,duration of employment,employment path and type,former occupation,reason for leaving,it is found that the working age of university library director group is younger than that of public library director group;the working age of university library director group is younger than that of Public library director group;many factors lead to the strong mobility of the library director group;having been engaged in library,education and administration helps to be a library director.
