英国资源合作储存项目研究及启示——基于UKRR项目最终报告分析

摘　　要：馆藏空间压力加大与低利用率文献不断增长是我国图书馆面临的普遍难题,国外许多图书馆通过合作储存来解决这一难题。文章基于英国研究院发布的UKRR项目最终报告,通过文献调查法、网站调查法,对其存储范围、项目阶段、工作流程进行研究,通过研究发现其项目具有完善的机制、可持续性的服务、多样的合作对象,以及对资源的稀缺性十分重视等特点,并在经济、馆藏及空间上取得了巨大的项目效益。借鉴UKRR的实践经验,结合国内合作储存的现状,为我国图书馆合作储存低利用率文献提出发展建议。The increasing pressure of collection space and the continuous growth of low utilization rate literature are common problems faced by libraries in China.Many foreign libraries solve this problem through cooperative storage.Based on the final report of UKRR project issued by British research institute,this paper studies the storage scope,project stage and work flow of UKRR project by means of literature survey and website survey.It is found that UKRR project has the characteristics of perfect mechanism,sustainable service,diverse cooperation objects and great attention to resource scarcity,and it also achieves great benefits in economy,collection and space.Based on the practical experience of UKRR and the current situation of domestic cooperative storage,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of cooperative storage of low utilization literature in Chinese libraries.
