摘  要:为了提高医院电子健康档案安全管理能力,提出基于B/S技术的医院电子健康档案安全管理系统设计方法。构建医院电子健康档案安全管理系统的总体结构模型,采用总线模糊加载方法,进行医院电子健康档案安全管理系统的信息加载控制,采用嵌入式的设计方法,进行医院电子健康档案安全管理优化控制,通过B/S技术进行医院电子健康档案管理,结合模糊PID控制方法,进行医院电子健康档案安全管理系统可靠性设计,建立医院电子健康档案安全管理系统控制指令的转换模型,采用APLC21160逻辑处理器芯片作为医院电子健康档案安全管理系统的集成控制模块,在B/S构架下实现医院电子健康档案安全管理系统的软件开发设计。仿真结果表明,设计的医院电子健康档案安全管理系统稳定性较高,可靠性较好。In order to improve the safety management ability of hospital electronic health records,the design method of hospital electronic health records safety management system based on B/S technology is proposed.The overall structural model of the hospital electronic health file safety management system is constructed.The bus fuzzy loading method is adopted to carry out the information loading control of the hospital electronic health file safety management system,and the embedded design method is adopted to carry out the optimization control of the hospital electronic health file safety management.Through B/S techn-ology for hospital electronic health records management,combined with fuzzy PID control method,the reliability design of hospital electronic health records safety management system is carried out,the conversion model of control instructions of hospital electronic health records safety management system is established,APLC21160 logic processor chip is adopted as the integrated control module of hospital electronic health records safety management system,and the software development and design of hospital electronic health records safety management system are realized under the B/S framework.The simulation results show that the designed hospital electronic health file security management system has high stability and reliability.
