摘 要:拉曼光谱(RS)技术因其无损、简便、灵敏等独特优势成为保健品(BDS)中非法添加化学药物(简称"化药")检测领域近年来的研究热点,其中共聚焦显微拉曼通过成像技术不仅能够从BDS颗粒形态进行比对区分,还能实现BDS微粒的成分分析;表面增强拉曼(SERS)技术以具有降低基质荧光干扰、提高目标物拉曼信号的明显优势应用最为广泛;新型联用技术适合对复杂样品进行分离,从而进行更准确的定性判别。本文对近十年来BDS中非法添加化药的类别、RS检测技术方法以及发展方向等研究内容进行概括性阐述,为快检新技术、新方法的进一步研发提供理论参考。在此基础上结合公安实际,提出法庭科学领域对BDS中非法添加化药检验分析的新要求。Raman spectroscopy(RS)technology,conspicuous of the non-destructive,simple and sensitive advantages,has therewith become a research hotspot in detecting the chemicals illegally adulterated into health-care products(e.g.,the botanical dietary supplements,BDS)in recent years.For instance,the confocal microscopic Raman,when coupling with imaging manipulation,can not only compare and distinguish the BDS particles from each other but also realize component analysis of microparticles.Surface enhanced Raman(SERS)technology is among the most extensive applications with its obvious prominences of both reducing the fluorescence interference from the substrate and improving the Raman signal of the target.Such new RS-combining technologies are suitable for the separation of complex samples to make more accurately qualitative discrimination.Here,the research advances were presented on the adulterated chemicals into health-care products about the analytical methods and technical development directions,with purpose to provide the theoretical reference for further applications to look through new fast detection technologies and methods.From the actual tasks of public security,suggestions were also put forward about new requirements for forensic detection of illegal adulteration in health-care products.
