摘　　要：新冠疫情之后要稳住外贸外资基本盘,要保障外贸产业链、供应链畅通运转,稳定国际市场份额,这其中“一带一路”的作用显得尤为重要。“一带一路”的主体内容是“五通”,为此探讨解决以往难题并总结经贸合作过程中的经验和教训,实现“一带一路”机制高水平发展成为目前最紧要的课题。通过研究未来一段时间世界经济格局演变趋势及其对国际分工格局、全球化、社会生活方式、社会思潮等方面的影响,以及世界经济格局演变对“一带一路”建设带来的机遇与挑战,对我国新时代中国特色社会主义建设具有启示意义。新冠疫情的应对与“一带一路”的扩大可以提升对外开放的层级,倒逼竞争中性改革,为人类命运共同体的成功奠定基础。"The Belt and Road"initiative is playing an important role in stabilizing the basic indexes of foreign trade and investment,protecting the industrial chain of foreign trade,ensuring smooth working of the supply chain and maintaining international market shares after the outbreak of COVID-19.The main content of"The Belt and Road"is"five connections",in which the most important subject is to solve previous problems and sum up the experience and lessons in the process of economic and trade cooperation,and realize high-standard development of"The Belt and Road".The study of international economic trend in a future period of time,its influence on international division pattern,globalization,social lifestyle and social thought trend,as well as the opportunities and challenges brought by the change of world economic pattern to"The Belt and Road"construction will provide enlightenment for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new times.The response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the expansion of"The Belt and Road"will raise the level of opening to the outside world,push forward the reform of competitive neutrality,and lay the foundation for the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.
