摘　　要：朝鲜半岛局势变化是影响图们江区域开发的重要因素之一,其中,地处图们江区域开发核心地带的长吉图地区中朝跨境经济合作是推动图们江区域开发的有效纽带。针对朝鲜半岛局势变化对长吉图中朝跨境经济合作的影响,基于朝鲜对外政治环境、中朝经贸合作以及朝鲜和长吉图地区的改革发展现状,建议在长吉图地区中朝跨境经济合作上,应强化政府的主导作用,建立风险保障机制,拓展合作领域和合作模式,面向东北亚区域积极开展经济合作,以推动长吉图地区中朝跨境经济合作的顺利进行。The changing situation on the Korean Peninsula is one of the important factors affecting the development of Tumen River region.The cross-border economic cooperation between China and North Korea in Changjitu region,which is located in the development core of Tumen River region,is an effective link to promote the development of Tumen River region.In view of the impact of changing situation on cross-border economic cooperation between China and North Korea in Changjitu,and based on North Korean foreign political environment,economic and trade cooperation between China and North Korea,as well as the reform and development of Korea and Changjitu region,it is suggested that the leading role of the government should be strengthened in cross-border economic cooperation between China and North Korea in Changjitu region,risk guarantee mechanism should be established,cooperation fields and modes should be expanded,and economic cooperation should be actively carried out in Northeast Asia to promote the smooth progress of cross-border economic cooperation between China and North Korea in Changjitu region.
