摘　　要：2015年,国家提出支持沿边地区提升旅游开放水平,促进边境旅游繁荣发展。2018年,国务院设立首批边境旅游试验区,助推沿边地区开放,加快沿边地区经济发展。吉林延边珲春市具有得天独厚的地理优势,与俄罗斯、朝鲜接壤,遥望日本海,与日本、韩国隔海相望,具有开展边境旅游活动早、交通完善、旅游资源丰富等特点,具有巨大的开发潜能。发展珲春图们江国际三角洲跨境旅游合作,就是在全域旅游的理念下,将京津冀一体化与环渤海经济圈融入进来,加大与北美、北欧、东南亚等国家和地区旅游组织的深度合作,将跨境旅游智库与国家“一带一路”建设紧密结合起来,打造东北亚旅游业增长极的高端战略平台。The state proposed to support the border areas to raise the level of tourism opening and promote the prosperity and development of border tourism in 2015.In 2018,the State Council set up the first batch of border tourism pilot areas to help open the border areas and speed up the economic development of border areas.Hunchun city of Yanbian in Jilin province has unique geographical advantages.Bordering with Russia and North Korea and across the sea of Japan and South Korea,it has the characteristics of carrying out border tourism activities early,perfect transportation,rich tourism resources,and great potential.Cross-border tourism cooperation in the Hunchun Tumen River International Delta is integrating Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration with Bohai Rim Economic Circle under the concept of global tourism,so as to increase in-depth cooperation with tourism organizations in North America,Northern Europe,Southeast Asia and other countries,and closely integrate cross-border tourism think tanks with"The Belt and Road"initiatives to create a high-end strategic platform of Northeast Asia's tourism growth pole.
