儒教文化对韩国经济发展的影响及借鉴意义

摘　　要：儒教文化是韩国经济迅速发展的重要因素。儒教具有多样性,深奥的哲学以及人类普遍原理和超时代价值规范。儒教文化对经济发展的影响主要表现为高储蓄率、教育热、政府主导的经济发展模式、家族式企业经营方式、共享资本主义发展模式、和谐的经济发展观、精英主义治理模式、国民的忠诚性和团结性。主要的核心思想为忠诚性、诚信性、自我节制的道德性和中庸、开放性、学习性以及包容性特点。这些思想主要通过廉洁奉公的政府行为、有效率的经济制度、家族式企业经营方式对韩国经济的发展起到了一定的推波助澜作用。新时期,对儒教的重新解释、评价和继承将成为韩国经济克服资本主义缺陷,获得经济可持续发展的文化根基,这对我国的文化发展具有重要的借鉴意义。Confucian culture is an important factor in the rapid development of Korean economy.Confucianism has diverse and profound philosophy,as well as universal human principles and trans-epoch values.The impact of Confucian culture on economic development is mainly manifested in high savings rates,education fever,government-led economic development models,family-owned business management,sharing capitalist development models,harmonious economic development concepts,elite governance models,national loyalty and Unity.The main core ideas are the characteristics of loyalty,integrity,self-restraint,morality and moderation,openness,learning and inclusiveness,which have played a role in boosting the development of Korean economy through honest government behavior,efficient economic system,family-style business management.In the new period,the reinterpretation,evaluation and inheritance of Confucianism will become the institutional guarantee for Korean economy to overcome the defects of capitalism and obtain sustainable economic development,which have important reference significance for China's cultural development.
