摘  要:采用水热共沉淀法合成钨酸镍纳米半导体材料,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X-射线衍射仪(XRD),能谱仪(EDS)对其结构和形貌进行表征.以亚甲蓝溶液作为被吸附对象进行研究,分别考察NiWO4的加入量,pH值,亚甲蓝的初始浓度,pH值,反应时间对其吸附性能的影响.实验证实,NiWO4对亚甲蓝溶液具有很高的吸附性能,本研究为NiWO4纳米半导体材料对有机染料废水的处理提供了一定的思路.Nickel Tungstate nano-semiconductor materials were synthesized by coprecipitationhydrothermal method,and their structures and morphologies were characterized by scanning electron microscope( SEM),X-ray diffraction( XRD) and energy disperse spectroscopy( EDS). Taking methylene blue solution as the adsorbed object, the influences of the addition amount of NiWO4,pH value, the initial concentration of methylene blue,pH value and reaction time on its adsorption performance were investigated. Experiments show that NiWO4 has a good adsorption activity on methylene blue solution,which provides some ideas for the treatment of organic dye wastewater with NiWO4 nanometer semiconductor materials.
