摘 要:目的:评估双源CT(DSCT)冠状动脉检查中,最佳收缩期和最佳舒张期后重建图像质量与心率(HR)之间的关系。方法:收集2019年1月至2020年4月行DSCT冠状动脉检查患者80例,依据不同心率分为HR<80次/min、80次/min≤HR≤90次/min和HR>90次/min 3组,分别使用最佳收缩期和舒张期图像进行后重建处理,评估冠状动脉各段血管成像质量,分析不同心率状态下,冠脉各分段的最佳收缩期与舒张期经后重建处理的图像质量差异。结果:HR<80次/min时,最佳收缩期与舒张期的图像质量无明显差别;80次/min≤HR≤90次/min时,右侧冠脉(RCA)和左侧冠脉(LCX)在最佳舒张期时图像质量开始下降,显著低于最佳收缩期的图像质量(P<0.05);当HR>90次/min时,冠脉最佳舒张期的图像质量显著低于最佳收缩期(P<0.05)。结论:心率≤90次/min时,可采用最佳舒张期或针对不同节段冠脉使用两个最佳期相相结合的数据进行图像重建,而当HR>90次/min时,推荐采用最佳收缩期数据进行图像重建,以获得较高的冠脉图像质量。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the optimal systolic and diastolic reconstruction image quality and heart rate(HR)in dual source CT(DSCT)coronary artery examination.Methods 80 patients who underwent coronary artery examination by DSCT from January 2019 to April 2020 were divided into three groups(HR<80 times/min,80 times/min≤HR≤90 times/min and HR>90 times/min)according to the rate of non-concentricity.The best systolic and diastolic images were used for post-Reconstruction processing,and the imaging quality of each segment of coronary artery was evaluated.The difference of image quality between the best systolic and diastolic stages in different heart rate was analyzed.Results When HR<80 times/min,the image quality of the best systolic and diastolic period had no significant difference;When 80 times/min≤HR≤90 times/min,the image quality of the right coronary artery(RCA)and left coronary artery(LCX)begins to decline during the optimal diastolic period,which is significantly lower There are differences in image quality(P<0.05);When HR>90 times/min,the image quality of coronary best diastolic period is significantly lower than the best systolic period(P<0.05).Conclusion When the heart rate is less than or equal to 90 times/min,the best diastolic period or the combination of two best periods can be used for image reconstruction.When HR is more than 90 times/min,the best systolic period data is recommended for image reconstruction to obtain high quality image of coronary artery.
