摘 要:目的:运用超声多普勒技术观察正常足月胎儿主肺动脉(MPA)多普勒流速曲线收缩期加速时间(AT)/射血时间(ET)比值的趋势,寻找足月胎儿主肺动脉AT/ET与孕周的关系。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月在本院就诊的孕37+0周~41+0周的360例孕妇,在分娩前均采用高分辨率多普勒超声测量胎儿主肺动脉(MPA)中段AT/ET 比值,根据分娩后新生儿Apgar评分为10分,新生儿相关评估认定为肺脏成熟儿。结果:正常孕37+0~41+0周胎儿的主肺动脉中段AT/ET比值与孕周的增加无相关性,P>0.05(如表1);正常孕37+0周以后AT/ET最小值为0.228。结论:在产前应用多普勒超声测量胎儿主肺动脉 AT/ET比值,可为无创性推测胎儿肺成熟度提供较为有价值的信息。Objective By observing ultrasonic doppler technology normal late pregnancy fetal main pulmonary artery (MPA) doppler measurement velocity curve systolic acceleration time (AT)/ejection time (ET) ratio trend,find the AT/ET change with gestational age and fetal lung maturity.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,360 pregnant women who were examined at 37+0~41+0 weeks in the ultrasound department of dalian maternal and child health hospital.Before delivery,high-resolution doppler was used to measure the AT/ET ratio in the middle part of the main pulmonary artery (MPA).Results No correlation between AT/ET ratio in middle section of main pulmonary artery and increase of gestation period at 37+0 ~ 41+0 weeks of normal pregnancy.Conclusions The AT/ET ratio of fetal main pulmonary artery measured by doppler ultrasound in prenatal period can provide valuable information for non-invasive estimation of fetal pulmonary maturity.
