摘　　要：介绍了湿法镀金台控制系统,包括晶圆电镀原理、镀槽结构及框架设计、下位机底层控制系统、上位机软件设计等。This paper introduces the wet method control system for gold plating table,including the principle of wafer plating,the structure and frame design of the plating groove,the control system of the bottom layer of the lower computer and the software design of the upper computer.
