摘 要:为探究蒸汽养护对掺加不同矿物掺合料混凝土的微观结构与性能影响,对比分析了蒸养混凝土的抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性和水化产物。结果表明,蒸汽养护能够提高早期强度,减缓后期强度增长;采用RCM法测试抗渗性,发现掺矿物掺和料会提高抗渗性,且复掺效果更好;对于恒温时间和恒温温度这两个蒸养参数,综合试验确定为恒温4h、60℃,这为预制构件的生产提供了参考。In order to investigate the effect of steam curing on the microstructure and properties of concrete with different mineral admixtures,the compressive strength,resistance to chloride ion permeability and hydration products of steam-cured concrete were compared and analyzed.The results show that steam curing can increase the strength in the early stage and slow down the strength growth in the later period.Moreover,the RCM method is used to test the impermeability.The two steam curing parameters are determined to be a constant temperature of 4h and 60°C in a comprehensive test,which provides a reference for the production of prefabricated components.
