摘 要:针对寒冷地区预制T梁的冬期施工,监测了实体结构关键部位的混凝土温度发展历程,验证预制T梁冬期施工方案的可行性。并以锚垫板处混凝土温度作为匹配养护温度,试验研究了混凝土早龄期抗压强度和弹性模量的发展规律。结果表明蒸汽养生是预制梁冬期施工的必要环节,对预制梁的早期防冻至关重要。经过实体温度匹配养护后,混凝土试件早龄期力学性能可稳定发展。Aiming at construction of precast T beam in winter for cold regions,the development of concrete temperature in key positions of entity structure was monitored to verify the feasibility of winter construction scheme.Furthermore,the concrete temperature at the anchor plate was taken as the matching curing temperature,where the development of compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete at early age were studied experimentally.The results show that the steam curing is a necessary procedure of precast beam in winter construction,which is very important to prevent freezing in the early age.In addition,the mechanical properties of concrete specimens at early age could be developed stably after the temperature matching curing.
