摘 要:以海藻酸钠(SA)、自制羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和纳米Fe3O4为原料,采用落球法制备Fe3O4/CMCS/SA复合凝胶球(MCSB)吸附剂,用FTIR和SEM进行表征。考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、溶液pH、吸附温度和溶液初始质量浓度对亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附性能的影响,研究了MCSB对MB的吸附动力学和热力学。结果表明:在吸附剂用量为0.4 g/L、pH为7、吸附时间为100 min、MB初始质量浓度为50 mg/L的条件下,MCSB对MB的去除率和吸附容量分别达到90.62%和113.28 mg/g,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程(R2=0.99839)和Langmuir吸附等温线模型(R2=0.99946)。Fe3O4/CMCS/SA composite gel beads(MCSB)adsorbent was prepared by falling ball method with sodium alginate(SA),self-made carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)and nano Fe3O4,and was characterized by FTIR and SEM.The effect of adsorbent dosage,adsorption time,solution pH,adsorption temperature and initial mass concentration of solution on the adsorption performance of methylene blue(MB)were investigat⁃ed.The kinetics and thermodynamics of MB adsorption by MCSB were studied.The results showed that un⁃der the conditions of adsorbent dosage 0.4 g/L,pH 7,adsorption time 100 min and initial mass concentration of MB 50 mg/L,the removal rate and adsorption capacity of MB reached 90.62%and 113.28 mg/g,respective⁃ly.The adsorption processes conforms to pseudo-second-order kinetic models(R 2=0.99839)and Langmuir adsorption isotherms models(R 2=0.99946).
