摘  要:H2O2/NOBS活化体系可以在一定条件下产生较强的漂白能力,当前在羊绒纤维漂白方面尚未得到应用。探讨了H2O2/NOBS活化体系在室温下对羊绒纤维漂白的可行性,结果表明优化工艺为:双氧水10 g/L,用NaOH调节pH为10,NOBS 2.0 g/L,氧漂稳定剂2 g/L,时间80 min,与传统双氧水漂白工艺相比,漂白时间延长了20 min,单纤维断裂强力有所提高(可达3.52 cN),白度略低,漂白效果较好,符合印染企业节能减排的要求。The bleaching system of H2O2/NOBS activation system could produce strong bleaching ability under certain conditions.At present,the bleaching process for cashmere fiber had not been applied.The feasi⁃bility of cashmere fibers bleaching at room temperature by H2O2/NOBS activation bleaching system was dis⁃cussed.The results showed that the optimal process was as follows:hydrogen peroxide 10 g/L,pH 10(adjust⁃ed with NaOH),NOBS 2.0 g/L,oxygen bleaching stabilizer 2 g/L,time 80 min.Compared with the traditional hydrogen peroxide bleaching process,the bleaching time was prolonged by 20 min,the breaking strength of single fiber was improved to 3.52 cN,whiteness value was slightly lower.The bleaching effect was better,which met the energy saving and emission reduction requirements of printing and dyeing enterprises.
