摘　　要：[目的]以CICARE沟通模式为框架,构建不同沟通场景下异位妊娠病人护患沟通模板。[方法]经过文献回顾、小组讨论形成专家咨询问卷,应用德尔菲法构建异位妊娠病人CICARE沟通模式模板。[结果]共进行了2轮专家咨询,2轮专家积极系数分别为100%、90%,专家权威系数为0.88,第2轮专家咨询一级指标和二级指标的Kendall′s W系数分别为0.323,0.302(均P<0.01)。最终构建的异位妊娠病人护患沟通模板包括17个沟通场景,共68条沟通内容。[结论]异位妊娠病人CICARE沟通模板可用于对病人突发症状、辅助检查结果的解释以及对疾病治疗、护理、康复等方面的健康宣教,具有一定的临床适用性和科学性。Objective:Taking the CICARE communication model as a framework,to construct nurse‑patient communication pattern under different communication scenarios among ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods:Through literature analysis and group discussion,the expert consultation questionnaire was compiled.Using Delphi method,CICARE‑based nurses‑patient communication pattern among ectopic pregnancy patients was constructed.Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were 100%and 90%,respectively.The authority coefficients of expert consultation was 0.88.The Kendall′s W coefficients of first and second‑level indicators of the second round of expert consultation were 0.323 and 0.302,respectively(both P<0.01).The final developed nurses-patient communication pattern among ectopic pregnancy patients included 17 communication scenarios,involving 68 communication contents.Conclusion:The nurses‑patient communication pattern among ectopic pregnancy patients based on CICARE communication model,can be used to interpret the patients′sudden symptoms and auxiliary examination results.In addition,the communication pattern has certain clinical applicability and scientificity in terms of health education of disease treatment,nursing and rehabilitation.
