造口身体形态评估工具在结肠造口病人延续护理中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨造口身体形态评估工具在结肠造口病人延续护理中的应用效果。[方法]将165例结肠造口病人随机分为观察组82例和对照组83例。观察组指导病人使用造口身体形态评估工具根据自身腹部造口形态变化选择造口护理用品;对照组在医护人员常规指导下选择造口护理用品。分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月通过电话随访、伤口造口门诊随访,比较两组病人造口及周围皮肤并发症发生率及造口自护能力、生活质量得分。[结果]观察组病人造口及周围皮肤并发症总发生率为6.1%,低于对照组的30.1%(P<0.05)。术后1个月、3个月、6个月,观察组造口自护能力、生活质量得分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]造口身体形态评估工具通过指导病人准确选择造口护理用品,可有效减少结肠造口相关并发症的发生,提高病人自护能力及生活质量。Objective:To probe into the application the effect of ostomy morphological self‑assessment tool in continuous care of patients with colostomy.Methods:A total of 165 patients with colostomy were randomly divided into a control group(n=83)and an observation group(n=82).Patients in observation group were guided to choose stoma care products,according to the morphological changes of the abdominal stoma showed by the ostomy morphological structure self‑assessment tools.Patients in control group chose stoma care products under the routine guidance of medical professionals.At the 1‑month,3‑month,and 6‑month after surgery,telephone calls and wound stoma clinic follow‑up were performed.The incidences of complications and peripheral skin complications,ostomy self‑care ability,and scores of quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:The incidence of colostomy and peripheral skin complications of patients in observation group was 6.1%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.1%,P<0.05).At the 1‑month,3‑month,and 6‑month after surgery,scores of ostomy self‑care ability and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ostomy morphological structure self‑assessment tool could effectively reduce the occurrence of colostomy‑related complications by guiding patients to choose ostomy care products properly,and improve the self‑care ability and quality of life of patients.
