摘　　要：为健全青年教师心理健康服务评估体系,从青年教师的实际出发,对其心理健康服务需求的概念与结构进行探讨,编制出青年教师心理健康服务需求问卷,并对989名青年教师进行调查。对测量数据进行了探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,修正问卷的理论结构,检验信度和效度。结果表明:青年教师心理健康服务需求包括客观矫治需求、需求态度倾向、主观发展需求、需求实现途径4个因子,累计方差贡献率为49.775%,总问卷与各因子的α系数分别为0.893、0.883、0.805、0.804和0.851。该问卷具有较好的信效度,可以作为评估青年教师心理健康服务需求的工具。In order to improve the evaluation system of young teachers'mental health service,this research explores the concept and structure of young teachers'mental health service demand from their actual situation,and formulates a questionnaire of young teachers'mental health service demand to survey 986 young teachers.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are carried out on the survey data,the theoretical structure of the questionnaire was modified,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested.The results show that the young teachers'demand for mental health service includes four factors,namely,objective corrective demand,demand attitude inclination,subjective development demand,demand way.The cumulative variance is 49.775%,The alpha coefficients of the questionnaire and each dimension is 0.893,0.883,0.805,0.804 and 0.851 respectively.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as a measuring tool for young teachers'mental health service demand.
