摘　　要：科技服务业作为我国创新发展的支撑产业之一,其发展变化与地区的创新能力息息相关。从区域创新能力的角度出发,通过建立科技服务业发展、区域创新能力和经济增长理论模型,借助VAR模型方法,选取中国2003—2016年度数据进行实证检验,分析说明三者之间的交互关系,从理论框架上丰富和发展了现有关于科技服务业影响的相关研究。研究结果发现,科技服务业能够对区域创新能力、区域经济增长起到显著的促进作用,但是促进作用呈现出一个初期较弱,随着时间增长逐渐显著的长期效应。As one of the supporting industries in China,the development and change of science and technology service industry is closely related to the innovation ability of the region.From the perspective of regional innovation capability,this paper establishes a theoretical model of science and technology service industry development,regional innovation capability and economic growth,and through the method of VAR model,selects the annual data of China from 2003 to 2016 for empirical test,analyzes and explains the interactive relationship between the three,and enriches and develops the existing relevant research on the impact of science and technology service industry from the theoretical framework.The results show that the science and technology service industry can play a significant role in promoting regional innovation capacity and regional economic growth,but the promoting effect is weak at the initial stage,and gradually significant long-term effect with time growth.
