法治视域下中国特色新型智库建设的思考

摘　　要：发挥中国特色新型智库在国家治理中的重要作用是一项复杂而艰巨的综合系统工程。不仅需要智库自身不断提高思想产品的质量和影响力,也需要从国家宏观层面上扫清制约智库发展的体制性障碍。在中国特色新型智库建设过程中,加强法治保障已经成为一项重要内容,应当从外部治理和内部治理两个层面,积极构建有利于智库发展的法治保障体系,推动智库建设工作在法治环境里有序、健康进行。Giving full play to the important role of new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics in national governance is a complex and arduous comprehensive system project.It is not only necessary for think tanks themselves to improve the quality and influence of ideological products,but also to remove the institutional barriers that restrict the development of think tanks from the national macro level.In the process of building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics,strengthening the guarantee of the rule of law has become an important content.We should actively build a legal guarantee system conducive to the development of think tanks from the two levels of external governance and internal governance,so as to promote the orderly and healthy construction of think tanks in a legal environment.
