摘  要:冀中地区集中拉油点一般地处联合站边缘位置,自动化程度低,数据采集、传输不及时,工作任务繁重,为了提高管理效率,提升数据的精确度,减少操作失误,设计了一种集中拉油计量管理系统。对该系统的硬件计量设备、终端设备、通信网络与监控中心(服务器端)一一进行了介绍,分析了软件部分的组成和架构模式,另外对系统客户端与网页端的功能设计进行了说明。现场应用表明,该系统可以实现原油集输数据采集、存储、传输全过程自动化和集中调控,提高了运销业务的管理水平。Centralized oil-pumping points in Central Hebei region are generally located at the edge of joint stations,with low degree of automation,unscheduled data acquisition and transmission,and heavy work tasks.In order to improve the management efficiency and data accuracy and reduce operational mistakes,a centralized metering management system for oil loading and unloading was designed.This paper introduces the hardware including metering equipment,terminal equipment,communication network and monitoring center(server side),analyzes the software composition and schema,and explains the function design of system client and web pages.The field application shows that the automated and centralized control of the whole process of data acquisition,storage and transmission for crude oil gathering and transportation has been realized,which improves the management level of oil transportation and sales business.
