摘  要:油品物性直接影响冬季长输原油管道输送安全。以西部原油管道为研究对象,通过对油品进行物性分析,探讨多油品输送条件下管道冬季安全运行措施。分析认为,无论是单一油品还是掺混油品,其物性差异对管道常温输送影响不大,但应关注高黏度北疆油田原油以及泵剪切作用造成的油品凝点升高现象。同时,应确保注入支线油品物性指标合格,并严格控制注入量。认为通过实施科学的干线、支线输送工艺,制定合理的停输时间和应急措施,能够确保西部原油管道在冬季平稳输送。The oil physical properties directly affect long distance oil pipeline transportation safety in winter.Taking Western Oil Pipeline as the research object and through the analysis of the physical properties of the crude oil,the measures for safe operation of the pipeline under multi-oil transportation condition in winter were explored.The analysis shows that the physical property difference between single oil and mixed oil has little effect on the oil transportation in the pipeline at normal temperature,but attention should be paid to the high viscosity of crude oils from the oilfields in Northern Xinjiang and the rise of oil condensation point caused by pumping shear action.At the same time,it is necessary to ensure that the physical property indexes of the oil injected to branch lines are up to standard and the injected oil quantity is strictly controlled.It is believed that Western Oil Pipeline can ensure smooth oil transportation in winter by implementing scientific transportation technology of the main line and branch lines and developing reasonable shutdown time and emergency measures.
