摘 要:LNG低温储罐已经发展成为液化天然气接收站最关键的装置之一,其对储罐基础的综合承载力要求很高,如何有效保证储罐基础施工的质量变得尤为重要。分析了漳州LNG项目储罐基础采用冲孔锤式灌注桩的施工工艺,对施工中钢筋笼制作、泥浆性能控制、冲孔锤式钻机操作运行模式进行了优化设计;同时分析了影响桩基施工质量的主要因素,提出了在桩基施工管理过程中如何控制施工质量的具体措施以及常见技术问题的预防对策。对工程桩进行了声波透射检测、低应变检测、单桩竖向抗压承载力检测,结果显示760根工程桩完整性类别均为I类和II类,竖向承载力均满足设计要求,证明了此桩基施工过程的优化设计措施及质量控制管理方法合理,达到了预期的效果,确保了项目工程质量。LNG cryogenic tank has been developed into one of the most critical equipment in LNG receiving station,which requires high bearing capacity of tank foundation.How to effectively ensure the quality of tank foundation construction becomes particularly important.The construction technology of cast-in-place piles in the storage tank foundation of Zhangzhou LNG project by using punching hammer was analyzed.The steel cage fabrication,mud performance control and operation mode of the drilling machine with punching hammer were optimally designed.Meanwhile,the main factors affecting the construction quality of the pile foundation were analyzed,and the specific measures for controlling the construction quality during the construction management of the pile foundation and the preventive measures for common technical problems were put forward.The acoustic transmission test,low strain test and single pile vertical compressive bearing capacity test were carried out.The results show that the integrity of 760 engineering piles belongs to class I and class II,and the vertical bearing capacity meets the design requirements.It is proved that the optimal design measures and quality control management methods of this pile foundation construction process are reasonable,achieve the expected effect,and ensure the project engineering quality.
