摘　　要：针对双金属复合管管端坡口结构特点,对双金属复合管的外涂敷管端保护特殊要求进行了分析,分别研发出适用于防腐抛丸除锈的管端封堵装置和“钢套钢”保温管穿管施工的坡口保护装置,并对两种装置的工程应用效果进行评价。工程应用表明:本研究开发出的管端封堵装置和坡口保护装置能够在抛丸除锈和“钢套钢”保温管穿管施工中对复合管管端进行有效封堵以及坡口保护,避免涂敷施工对双金属复合管内衬的污染和坡口损伤,显著提高了双金属复合管的防腐和保温施工质量和效率,满足双金属复合管海底管道涂敷生产施工技术要求。In view of the structural characteristics of bimetal composite pipe ends,the unique requirements of pipe end protection in pipe external coating operation were analyzed and summarized.The pipe end plugging device for shot blasting and derusting and the protective device for pipe penetration operation of insulated pipe-in-pipe were developed,then the engineering application effects of these two devices were evaluated.The engineering applications show that these two devices are respectively effective for the pipe end protection in derusting operation and for the pipe bevel protection in pipe penetration operation,therefore can eliminate the internal liner contamination and bevel damage of the bimetal composite pipes.These two pipe end protective devices improve significantly the quality and efficiency in anticorrosion and thermal insulation operations of the bimetal composite pipes,and meet the technical requirements for production and construction of the bimetal composite pipes used in submarine pipeline.
